Data and AI that drives decisions.

Data strategy, integration, analytics and AI, built on the systems you already run, so decisions and AI tools work from data people trust.

Overview

Turn raw information into insights that drive progress.

The ability to collect, analyse and act on data is fundamental to staying competitive and agile. Used well, data and AI give you a deeper understanding of your business, optimise operations and deliver more personalised customer experiences.

We help organisations harness data and AI through comprehensive strategies and tailored solutions: from building data pipelines and implementing advanced analytics to deploying AI-driven automation. Our approach combines current technologies, industry best practice and a deep understanding of your requirements.

How agents change delivery

Less manual effort, more governed autonomy.

Unlike traditional automation or generative AI, agentic AI runs adaptive, multi-step systems. Agents perceive changing conditions, make decisions in context and orchestrate workflows across platforms, so operations scale without the bloat.

They augment your team rather than replace it, taking on the time-consuming, error-prone work like data cleansing, mapping and rule-based decisioning, while our architects sign off every milestone.

Inside your environment

Our agents can run inside your Microsoft Azure or AWS environment, so your data stays governed and compliant.

  1. Autonomous platform implementation

Agents detect configuration errors, adapt to schema changes and validate data quality in real time during ERP and CRM rollouts, for faster deployments and less rework.

  2. Autonomous cross-functional workflows

Agents trigger order workflows, update CRM records, escalate exceptions and manage downstream fulfilment, removing manual handoffs without brittle configurations.

  3. Decisioning across business operations

Agents assess data signals, detect anomalies, triage support cases and act across finance, HR, IT and customer service, moving from rule-driven logic to goal-driven autonomy.

  4. Scalable, multi-agent orchestration

Agent networks manage handoffs, adaptive routing and decision paths across teams and platforms, with the governance and auditability enterprise work demands.

FAQs

Common questions about data and AI.

Still unsure where to start? Talk to our team.

Should we fix our data before starting with AI?

Not all of it. Fix the data a specific AI use case needs: make sure it's accurate enough, that access follows your permissions and that personal information is handled properly. Starting with one use case shows which data problems actually matter, which is a better guide than a general clean-up.

What's the difference between generative AI and agentic AI?

Generative AI produces content such as drafts, summaries and answers for a person to use. Agentic AI uses the same models to plan and take actions across systems, such as updating a record or raising a request, under guardrails and approvals. See our generative AI and agentic AI pages.

Do you only work with certain platforms?

No. We work across Salesforce, Microsoft, Atlassian, Adobe, Google, Klaviyo and the line-of-business systems around them, and with models from several AI providers. As an integrator, our job is to make the platforms you already run work together, not to sell you a new one.

Can you work alongside our own data team?

Yes. Many engagements pair our consultants with an internal data or platform team, with us designing and building the first releases and your team taking over with the documentation to run them.

How do you use AI in your own delivery?

AI agents do much of the repetitive work in our projects, such as data profiling, field mapping, transformation and test data. Our consultants own the design, review the output and sign off every change, so you get the speed without giving up accountability.

What does a first engagement usually look like?

A short discovery around one decision, process or AI use case, followed by a first release that delivers something measurable. From there, a data strategy can set priorities for the rest of the program.
