Overview

Meriton Suites, one of Australia’s largest and most recognisable serviced apartment brands, partnered with Great Minds to modernise its marketing automation capabilities. With a growing direct booking audience and a commitment to delivering personalised guest experiences, Meriton Suites made the strategic decision to transition from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Klaviyo.

Challenge

The existing platform was limiting the speed and precision of campaign execution. With over 1 million customer records and increasing demand for personalised communication across the guest lifecycle, Meriton Suites needed a marketing solution that could deliver advanced segmentation, real-time targeting, and deep integration with their ecommerce shop front and booking systems.
