Program structure
Rotations that build your capability across our core practice areas
Over 18 months, you’ll complete three structured rotations that give you practical experience across our core service areas:
- Client Delivery: Join project teams and work with clients from day one. Learn agile methods, shadow senior consultants, and contribute to the solutions we deliver.
- Platform Capability: Get hands-on experience with leading technologies like Salesforce, Atlassian and Adobe. Complete industry certifications and deepen your technical literacy.
- Advisory & Strategy: Support our consulting teams on go-to-market strategy, operating model design and AI transformation projects. Learn to think and communicate like a top-tier consultant.
