Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Azure consulting

We deliver Dynamics 365, Azure and Microsoft 365, and connect them to the other platforms your business runs on, so customer, finance and operations data stops living in separate systems.

Overview

Microsoft is rarely the only platform you run. We make it work with the rest

Most mid-market companies run Microsoft alongside something else: Dynamics 365 for finance and operations next to Salesforce for sales, Microsoft 365 next to Jira and Confluence, Azure underneath a marketing stack built on Adobe or Klaviyo. Each platform works. The trouble is in the gaps between them, where data is re-keyed, reports disagree and processes stop at a system boundary.

We deliver Dynamics 365, Azure and Microsoft 365 with those gaps in view. The integration is scoped with the implementation, AI agents take on the repetitive migration, mapping and testing work, and senior people stay accountable for the result from the first workshop to go-live.

This page is the overview of our Microsoft work. The detail lives on three pages: Microsoft consulting for architecture, licensing and roadmap decisions; Dynamics 365 for ERP and CRM implementation; and Microsoft integration for connecting Microsoft to everything else.

Not sure where to begin? Start with one connection: one process that crosses Microsoft and another platform, with scope and price agreed up front.

Microsoft services

How we help

Implementation and integration across Dynamics 365, Azure and Microsoft 365, scoped together so the systems around them keep working.

Implementing a Microsoft platform and connecting it are usually bought as separate projects from separate teams. We do both, so the data model, the integrations and the cutover are planned once.

Microsoft products

Products we implement

Dynamics 365, Azure and Microsoft 365: the Microsoft products we deliver most, and the systems we connect them to.

Each of these products is strong on its own. Most of our work on them is making them share customers, orders, documents and identities with the platforms next to them.

On Microsoft 365, that means Teams notifications and approvals raised from Jira, Salesforce or your ERP, SharePoint libraries linked to CRM and project records, and Microsoft Entra ID for sign-in and user provisioning across your other SaaS tools, built on Microsoft Graph. On Azure, it means the infrastructure for integrations, data and AI: Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management and Functions for flows that need queuing, retries and monitoring, set up in Australian regions where your data needs to stay onshore.

Microsoft 365Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID, connected to the work-management, CRM and marketing tools your people also use.
Microsoft Dynamics 365Finance, operations and customer engagement on one platform, integrated with the CRM, commerce and marketing systems around it.
Microsoft AzureThe cloud layer for integrations, data and AI workloads, set up so what runs on it stays secure and observable.

How we deliver

How we deliver Microsoft work

01Map the estate

Which Microsoft products you license and use, what they connect to, who owns each process, and where data is re-keyed between Microsoft and other platforms.

02Design once

One design for the Microsoft build and its connections to Salesforce, Atlassian, Adobe or Klaviyo, with scope and price agreed before work starts.

03Build and migrate

Configuration, integrations and data migration delivered in stages and tested on real data. AI agents do repetitive mapping and testing; consultants review it.

04Run and hand over

Monitoring, runbooks and training, then ongoing support from us or a hand-over to your IT team, with everything documented.

Australian considerations

Data residency, privacy and APRA on Microsoft

Microsoft runs four Azure regions in Australia: Australia East in New South Wales, Australia Southeast in Victoria, and Australia Central and Australia Central 2 in Canberra. Integrations, data platforms and AI workloads we build on Azure run in those regions when your data needs to stay onshore. For Microsoft 365, Microsoft's Product Terms commit that if your tenant is provisioned in Australia, Exchange Online mailbox content is stored at rest in Australia; other workloads have their own commitments, which we check against your requirements. Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments are bound to the region chosen when they're created, so we settle the region at the start of a project.

Data at rest is only part of the picture. Integrations, connectors and AI features can move personal information elsewhere, so under the Privacy Act we document what each flow carries and where it's processed (APP 8 covers disclosure overseas). For APRA-regulated entities, that documentation supports CPS 234 information security and CPS 230 operational risk assessments.

FAQ

Microsoft questions

Which Microsoft products do you work with?

Mainly Dynamics 365, Azure and Microsoft 365. Our published Microsoft case is a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementation for a manufacturer with more than 1,000 employees. On Microsoft 365 and Azure, most of our work is integration: connecting Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID to other platforms, and running integrations and data workloads on Azure.

Can Microsoft and Salesforce work together?

Yes. Many organisations run Dynamics 365 for finance and operations and Salesforce for CRM, or Microsoft 365 alongside Salesforce. The work is deciding which system owns each record and building the sync from the owner. See Microsoft integration and Salesforce integration.

Where is our Microsoft data stored?

It depends on the service. For a tenant provisioned in Australia, Microsoft commits to storing Exchange Online mailbox content at rest in Australia. On Azure you choose the region, and Australia has four. Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments stay in the region chosen when they're created. We check each service in your design against your residency requirements.

Do you work with Microsoft Copilot and AI agents?

Yes, with the access designed first. Our Microsoft integration page covers Copilot connectors and MCP servers for Dynamics 365, and our MCP integration page explains how we keep agents inside each user's permissions.

Can you help with Microsoft licensing?

Yes, as advice. Our Microsoft consulting work covers which Dynamics 365 apps and Microsoft 365 plans each group of users needs, so licences follow how people actually work rather than the last renewal.

Where do we start?

With one connection or one decision: the process that causes the most re-keying between Microsoft and another platform, or the architecture choice you need to make next. We agree scope and price up front and go from there.

Let's work together.
