1. Returns
You may return most items purchased from Great Minds Shop within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact our team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued for the cost of the item only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g. defective or incorrect item).
3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
4. Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (if any)
