Data and AI · Enterprise AI assistants
Claude and ChatGPT, connected and governed.
We help you choose between Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, set them up with the right controls, and connect them to the systems your business runs on, so AI answers from your data instead of guessing.

Why now
Your people already use AI. The question is which, and how.
In a Gartner survey of cybersecurity leaders, 69% said they suspect or have evidence that employees use prohibited public AI tools. A managed workspace gives people a safe option, with single sign-on, admin controls and no training on your data by default.
The bigger gain comes next: connecting AI to your CRM, service desk, ERP and documents, so it can answer questions about your customers, orders and work, with each person's permissions respected.

Microsoft 365 Copilot runs on OpenAI models with Anthropic models also available, and Microsoft Copilot Studio offers Claude models alongside OpenAI's for building agents. For organisations standardised on Microsoft 365, it can be the simplest route. Through the cloud platforms, Claude is also available on Amazon Bedrock, where some Claude models can be run with processing kept in Australia, and OpenAI's models on Microsoft Foundry.
How to choose
Four questions that decide it.
The best model changes every few months. These questions don't.
-
What do you already run?
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Atlassian and Salesforce each include AI of their own. Start from what you own, and add a standalone assistant where it fills a gap.
-
What will people use it for?
Writing, analysis, research, coding or customer-facing work. Test each option on 30 to 100 of your own real tasks rather than relying on benchmarks.
-
What controls do you need?
If you need automatic provisioning, audit logs or retention controls, you need an enterprise tier, whichever vendor you choose.
-
Where must data be processed?
For personal, health or financial information, check where prompts are processed, not just where data is stored. The answer may point to a cloud platform deployment.
You don't have to pick one
Many organisations run more than one assistant. Connections built on the open Model Context Protocol work with Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot alike, so your integration work isn't tied to one vendor.
What we do
From choosing to everyday use.
-
Choose and pilot
Use cases, a side-by-side pilot on your own tasks, and a cost model at your expected usage.
-
Set up with controls
Single sign-on and provisioning from Microsoft Entra ID, connector and data-retention settings, and an approved-tools policy.
-
Connect to your systems
Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Jira, Confluence, your ERP and in-house systems, connected through MCP with permissions and logging.
-
Adopt and govern
Role-based training, usage measures, and Privacy Act readiness, including the automated decision rules from 10 December 2026.
How we start
See what's in use, then decide.
A short, fixed-scope engagement that ends with a recommendation and a working pilot.
-
01
Map current use
Which AI tools people use today, approved or not, what data goes into them, and the tasks they help with.
-
02
Pilot with real work
Two or three teams trial the shortlisted options on their own tasks, with controls on from day one.
-
03
Roll out and connect
The chosen workspace rolled out with training, then the first connection to your systems.
Questions
Frequently asked questions.
Is Claude or ChatGPT better for business?
It depends on your tasks, your existing platforms and your controls. Both offer business plans that don't train on your data by default. The reliable way to decide is a short pilot on your own work.
Do Claude and ChatGPT use our data to train their models?
Not on their business plans by default. Claude's Team and Enterprise plans and ChatGPT's Business and Enterprise plans state that your content isn't used for model training unless you opt in.
Can we keep AI processing in Australia?
Not through the standard Claude or ChatGPT workspaces today. ChatGPT Enterprise can store data at rest in Australia, but processing isn't kept in Australia. Keeping processing in Australia currently means a cloud deployment, such as some Claude models on Amazon Bedrock or older OpenAI models on Microsoft Foundry in Australia East.
