About the role
The focus of this role is on delivering a full set of advisory and implementation services on the ServiceNow platform to enable business value to our clients. This is a client-facing role responsible for gathering technical and business requirements in workshops, developing and documenting standards, templates, and business rules and designing, and building the solution and implementation. You will collaborate with business analysts, experienced strategists, visual designers, software engineers and testers to deliver an industry-leading and innovative product.
As a Senior Consultant, you will expect to:
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, sprint planning and release planning
- Conduct feasibility analysis, and develop action plans to mitigate risks identified
- Perform impact analysis, create high/low-level design specifications, create prototypes, and conduct design reviews to develop applications
- Implement and enhance ServiceNow modules, customise functionalities according to customer-specific requirements
- Perform Validation activities based on plans, identification, debugging, validation and diagnosing of defects
- Create implementation plans per the project plan for deployment
- Analyse incoming issues and close defects per the agreed Service Level Agreement timelines
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You will have solid ServiceNow development or architect experience with deep functional and technical knowledge of the platform with relevant ServiceNow certifications (Certified Implementation Specialist is a must). In addition, you will have the following:
- Strong ServiceNow technical expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and CSM with Certified Implementation
- Specialist certifications with ServiceNow
- Experience in implementation projects and end-to-end SDLC development and delivery on ServiceNow
- Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices Incident management, problem management and change management
- Experience in integration of ServiceNow with alternate tools/platforms
- Strong ability to provide well-conceived, clearly articulated, pragmatic solutions and recommendations to complex business problems
- Experience in integration of ServiceNow with alternate tools/platforms and the ability to lead design sessions to architect the integrations.
