About the Role

As a Salesforce Consultant, your primary focus will be on providing comprehensive advisory and implementation services for Salesforce solutions that drive value for our clients. This client-facing role will involve gathering business and technical requirements, developing templates, standards, and business rules, as well as designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will be expected to:

• Conduct requirements gathering workshops, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Perform feasibility analyses and develop action plans to mitigate risks.
• Lead impact analysis, create high/low-level design specifications, build prototypes, and review designs to develop applications.
• Implement and enhance Salesforce modules, customizing functionalities to meet client-specific needs.
• Carry out validation activities, including identifying and diagnosing defects.
• Create and manage implementation plans in line with the project deployment timeline.
• Analyze and resolve issues, closing defects within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.

About you

You have strong Salesforce development or architect experience with deep technical knowledge of the platform, accompanied by relevant Salesforce certifications (Certified Salesforce Implementation Specialist is a must). Additionally, you will have:

• Expertise in Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, with Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Experience in delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
• A solid understanding of ITIL practices, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience with integrating Salesforce with other tools and platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead design sessions for complex integrations.
