About the Role
As an Atlassian Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing Atlassian tools to meet client requirements. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and others.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure effective use of Atlassian tools.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Atlassian applications.
- Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to optimize client processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Atlassian solutions with other software.
- Stay updated with the latest Atlassian product developments and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience with Atlassian products, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Atlassian certified individual status (2 x Atlassian professional certifications) is mandatory for the role.
